Graduate – Video Journalist, Corporate Communication
Are you looking for the next step to kick-start your transition from being a student to becoming a young professional within Corporate Communication in an international pharmaceutical company? Then we have the Graduate Programme just for you.
As part of your two-year graduate journey at Lundbeck you will be exposed to various parts of the business and encounter many exciting challenges across the company. The learning curve will be steep and we expect a lot from you, but in return we offer a programme that will empower you to grow both on a professional and personal level.
Corporate Communication drives and facilitates communication to profile and build trust in Lundbeck, engage employees and ensure their understanding of strategic priorities. Hereby we create the foundation for stakeholder preference, the company’s license to operate and a high performing organization achieving its strategic objectives.
We are part of Corporate Communication & Public Affairs which employs 10 people in total. As a team, we recognize hard work but we also put a lot of effort into creating an informal and fun workplace. We believe in individual responsibility and work with a high degree of self-planning.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark, but can entail shorter periods abroad.
As Video Journalist, you play a pivotal role in Lundbeck’s proactive communication to employees and external stakeholders, i.e. the press. Working across the organisation you identify, research, shape and tell stories about Lundbeck’s progress and the difference it makes to patients and society. You show the difference we make and thereby enhance the visibility of and trust in Lundbeck.
You are skilled in recording and editing video for professional use, but you work with multiple formats and channels depending on the story and its target audience, so you will also be producing articles, press releases and updates for social media. You have a strong sense of a good story and know which format and which channels to use to tell it with most impact.
You will both be producing and distributing content on your own and act as a facilitator for others to execute communication initiatives. You will work with different departments in our headquarters as well as supporting our affiliates. You will be preparing managers and other spokespersons and act as a spokesperson yourself when relevant. Further you will take part in the ongoing servicing of external media, including handling of media inquiries.
During the programme you will also participate in a wide range of development activities on your own as well as with other graduates – everything designed to guide you through the programme, making sure you are on track and able to unfold your potential.
