Associate Producer for Video and 3D Production

Ansættelsesdato: Hurtigst muligt

Associate Producer

Associate Producer for Video and 3D Production

Do you have strong editing and design skills, a good dose of curiosity and a hint of ambition? Add creative juices to the mix, and we would love to hear from you. Join a team of experienced and talented colleagues and help produce exciting content for LEGO® fans all over the world

Co-produce TV commercials and short form content for international audiences

At the LEGO headquarters in Billund, you will join a dynamic Content Management team, dedicated to creating and deploying content to all platforms (bought, owned and earned). As part of the Video & 3D Production team, you will support the Producers and Senior Producer. In addition to co-producing content and supporting major productions all the way from story development to the live consumer experience, you will also take on projects that are more inherently digital and have a tighter turnaround.

Specifically, you:

  • Manage certain aspects of content production, which can include ownership of budget and timeline, and take responsibility for the finished product
  • Interface with creative, project management and franchise partner teams as well as other stakeholders to keep all parties informed and on track for multiple productions across franchise brands
  • Communicate clearly and at the appropriate times, maintaining an effective top-line update on your projects
  • Support and facilitate the creation of innovative and best-in-class campaigns
  • Create edits to digital broadcast standard in Adobe Premiere and execute simple motion graphics and design using After Effects or Maya

While we all work together at the LEGO headquarters in Billund, most of us commute. Moreover, you will travel regularly to attend meetings and shoots, mostly domestically.

Creativity, caring and fun

You will join a team where creativity and fun are not just the icing on the cake – they are key ingredients to our success. Every day, we work together to come up with fun ideas and things that are new, surprising and valuable. Collaborating with the creative teams in the agency and across other areas of LEGO, we pool together all our knowledge and creative juices to create awesome communication experiences for children and their parents across the world.

We go the extra mile to produce amazing content, not because we have to – but because we care. We take pride in our everyday work to make a positive difference in the lives of children as well as for our partners and colleagues.

A strong portfolio and a readiness to learn

Skills-wise, you are the swizz army knife of content production. You can work independently because your editing skills are excellent, and you know when to ask your colleagues for advice. You regard feedback as a valuable resource and are ready to tackle a steep learning curve.

On a personal level, you are a strong communicator with fine-tuned collaborative skills and a strong sense of professionalism. You have time management down to a fine art, and while you appreciate that flexibility is key, you know your limits and take care only to make promises you can keep. Moreover, we look for:

  • A demonstrable portfolio of self-edited and animated short-form work
  • Either some content production experience in an agency or broadcast/digital platform media context or, in lieu of professional experience, a BA or BSc in Production or Media Management or an MA in Film & Television Production
  • Awareness of shoot production, postproduction workflow management and campaign development as well as an appreciation for and understanding of global brands
  • Experience managing budgets for mid-size productions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Bringing it to life“This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring producer who wants to learn the trade within a global organisation. Around 90% of the LEGO Group’s global marketing campaigns have our signature, so the scope of our work is unparalleled. You will join a talented team of experienced producers who are ready to show you the ropes,” says Charlie Henniker.

Join the global LEGO® family

In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family, where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment. We look forward to receiving your application. Please remember to attach your cover letter, portfolio and a current CV in English.
