Explore and visualize future experiences
Based in Ballerup, your mission will be to design experiences for hearing aid users that set the direction for our business. To do so, you are a quick study, making sense of large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data and creating meaningful insights. You visualize the opportunities you see, define strategic value propositions and engage internal stakeholders to drive business change.
Doing so, you get to travel to the US and the Far East approx. 20-25 days a year, working with local product and marketing teams to ensure your ideas have great market fit.
Build rapport with internal stakeholders
“You will work closely with internal stakeholders and network with people across the globe. As such, an important part of your mission will be to build rapport as you listen to those around you and create understanding while challenging and transforming the future of our hearing aids,” Dominic concludes.
Creative and outgoing strategist with a strong analytical backbone
You are self-motivated and tackle complex problem-solving with great enthusiasm. You are a divergent thinker, and you enjoy turning arguments on their heads and thinking against the grain. As a solid strategist, you can spot meaningful patterns, make sense of volumes of data, and create and communicate shared stories.
