Join the free-jumping revolution! BOUNCE is the biggest thing in sporty-adrenaline-rush fun to come out of Australia. A giant spring loaded urban playground of wall to wall trampolines, BOUNCE offers an airborne adrenaline rush with a soft landing for everyone from young kids learning tricks and flips, to athletes doing air-sports acrobatics.
We are looking for superstars who are ready to leap into something life-changing, to live and breathe a powerful working culture that drives the evolution of the BOUNCE experience.
As a Host your welcoming smile will make the first impression on each customer who comes into BOUNCE. Your natural energy and helpful nature will instantly make customers feel welcome and even more excited to get bouncing (if that’s even possible!).
Providing the same bubbly, fast and quality experience that they have encountered at every touch-point in the venue, you will be akin to the multitasking grasshopper of Arthropod world. Jumping between tasks, you offer customer service to all bouncers and guests, ensuring the venue looks terrific at all times and providing much needed refreshment and replenishment through our tuck shop. Your great organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that all aspects of the Bounce experience are provided in a timely manner.
Your focus, ability to work as a member of a fast paced team and strong communication skills, along with an acquired knowledge of our many offerings, will ensure a seamless customer experience from guest arrival to deeply satisfied departure.
As a Host you’re also passionate about the Free-Jumping Revolution and play a very active role in each customer’s free-jumping experience. Whether you are hosting a kid’s party or school group, scoring a dodge ball game or inspiring a first time jumper, your outgoing and confident nature will see you interacting with customers of all ages. Your passion and positive energy is balanced by a sensible and alert nature which puts Safety as priority #1 and makes you comfortable communicating safety instructions and guidance to all age groups.
Your strong communication skills and ability to solve problems helps ensure that each customer has an awesome and safe time from the moment they enter BOUNCE, to the moment they leave!

We’ll be holding our casting calls over the 10th and 11th September! Closer to that date we’ll get in touch so that you can book in a time slot for your interview!
Successful candidates will be required to attend interviews on both days in Fields Shopping Mall. They won’t be all day though, so don’t worry about us taking up all your time :-)
Training will start on Friday the 13th of September and continue Saturday and Sunday so all successful candidates will need to be available during this time.
