Join us and be a key player in our new in-house production unit and digital transformation as you produce media content and help us bring our stories to life through visuals and sound.

Your mission
Realising the full potential of your digital nativeness and channel knowledge, you produce and edit engaging media content such as photography, film, motion graphics, animations and audio for all of Bang & Olufsen’s digital channels. Your success will, among other parameters, be measured by VTR, CTR, reach and e-commerce revenue. As our only videographer, you will:

  • Write scripts and create storyboards
  • Produce and edit videos and other types of digital media content
  • Encode, convert and edit videos and add effect elements to enhance motion graphics
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs if needed
  • Assist in translating Bang & Olufsen’s strong brand and messages into creative visuals and audio
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions to develop new design approaches and ideas

Your network
In Lyngby, Denmark, you will join our Internal Creative Agency of 7 colleagues. Soon to be more, as we are in the process of arming ourselves with in-house digital production competencies – and that includes you. Together, we provide creative content to Bang & Olufsen markets globally. As you assist us on this mission, you will especially collaborate with our soon-to-be Motion Designer, our Social Media Manager, Display Marketing Manager, Head of Creative Development as well as digital content and experience managers.

What you bring
You are quick to seize new creative opportunities on the spot and have an eye for what works and what doesn’t digitally. You especially have a knack for social media and the storytelling techniques that works across various social platforms. What is more, you can hit tight deadlines and turn projects around quite quickly, delivering projects on time and on budget while maintaining excellent quality. Moreover, you bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience using Adobe Suite or Final Cut as well as operating camera equipment, including audio and lightning
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in pre-production, i.e. script writing, storyboards and shooting schedules
  • Knowledge of the formats for various digital channels, desktop vs. mobile and SoMe channels, etc.
  • An ability to develop collaborative working relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders
  • An attention to detail that can make the difference between decent and outstanding content
  • Fluency in English – if you speak other languages, it is an advantage
  • A willingness to travel both domestically and abroad when shooting
