As a Senior Designer you give shape to ideas, while committed to see the design through by the agreed deadline and you work within a team, where you understand and respect that everybody participates in the discussion in fair terms.
Furthermore, you will be:
• Driving Element Design Development from Concept to final design manufacturing
• Working closely with Engineering, Model Design to deliver LEGO® parts ready for production
• Engaging with different partners to enable a smooth design process

Element Design System Governance is a key department in Element development, situated between Project groups and Engineering, focused on transforming ideas and designs into real elements for novelty play sets.
Element Design System Governance is delivering key innovation, new elements and it is responsible for over 350 elements in our portfolio per year!
The ideal candidate holds a Design, Fine Art, Engineering degree or similar and has proficient English communication skills. Moreover, proves minimum 4 years of design experience from product manufacturing, and advanced 3-D software skills such as Z-brush, FreeForm, Rhino, NX, etc. Good understanding of Injection Molding processes, is also required. It would be an advantage to easily recognize your Hand sketching and physical hand modelling skills.

• Enthusiasm about aesthetics from a child’s perspective, with special focus on targeting girls
